Goodman builds for Lidl
New retail distribution hub for Paris
Logistics property developer Goodman has signed an agreement with discount supermarket chain Lidl for the construction of a 39,000sq metre distribution hub at Chanteloup-les-Vignes, in the Paris suburbs.
Work will begin in the autumn and is scheduled to take a year.
The hub will comprise six temperature-controlled units and over 2,000sq metres of office space. It supply around 40 Lidl stores in the western Paris region.
