Canadian National Railway Company (CN) plans to construct a new C$100m (US$94m) logistics park and intermodal terminal near Calgary.
The 680-acre site, a few km east of Calgary Airport, will have good road and rail connections and also be developed as a logistics hub for western Canada
Subject to planning permission, CN said the facility would open in 2013, complete with warehousing, an automotive compound, and a liquid/bulk transload and distribution facility.
