Online sailing schedule for customers
Apex Group has opted for CargoSmart’s Private Label Sailing Schedule software to give its customers access to an online sailing schedule.
The NVOCC said: “Frequent changes to ocean carrier schedules, vessel diversions, port shutdowns and dock strikes make it critical for logistics services providers to have reliable schedule information for their customers.”
From Apex’s website, customers can search for schedules by carrier, origin, destination and arrival and departure times.
The search results include cut-off dates and estimated transit times, and Apex customers can print schedules directly from the search results page, as well as download search results into Excel.
