Evergreen raises rates
Restoration programme on westbound transatlantic
Evergreen Line has announced a rate restoration programme on services from northern Europe to the US.
The Taiwanese carrier said it would increase rates to the Atlantic coast by US$350 per 20ft and $450 per 40ft from 1 July.
It said rates would increase again, by the same amount, on 1 October.
The increase applies to all cargo and commodities, including reefers and special equipment.
