Jean-Frédéric Laurent has been appointed Strategy and Development Director of Dunkirk Port, replacing Pierre Joly on his retirement.
Laurent, who is 41, is an economist by profession, and a specialist in international maritime transport.
At Dunkirk, Laurent will lead a team of ten with a task of matching the port’s strategic plan to the dynamic of current market trends, and to promote the installation of new industrial and logistics businesses generating maritime traffic at Dunkirk.
