Forwarder customers get end-to-end consignment visibility
Freight management software company BoxTop Technologies has launched BoxTrax, a system it claims provides much more than standard real-time visibility for forwarders and their customers.
MD and co-founder Christopher Hewlett said BoxTrax also had a powerful search engine that let forwarders’ customers search for specific consignments from an array of options, including their own references.
“BoxTrax starts with online booking by customers and allows all aspects of the service through to final delivery and invoicing to be followed through the system.”
He said BoxTop continued to design and develop services in close co-operation with customers and was focusing on its warehouse features, including inventory stock management, in anticipation of future demand.
