Space taken at two retail parks signals market improvement
Warehouse owner ProLogis has signed lease agreements for a total of 43,400sq metres to two customers in the UK.
ProLogis said it had leased 37,000sq metres to Oxford University Press, at its Prologis Park, Kettering, and 6,400sq metres to a catering company at Prologis Park, Heathrow.
Andrew Griffiths, MD of ProLogis UK, said: “While we are still facing a challenging market environment, these new lease agreements indicate further signs of stabilisation and improvement in the UK industrial property market.”
