Launch of pharma/biotech arm to seize opportunities in niche market
Hellmann Worldwide Logistics has moved into the pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device sectors with the formation of Hellmann Healthcare Logistics (HHL).
HHL will offer global regulatory compliant processes, regional hubs, dedicated healthcare teams and transport solutions for ambient and refrigerated products.
Andreas Lohmeier, global director, said: “With only a handful of logistics providers specialising in this sector and as an increasingly growing industry, Hellmann believes there are opportunities to be had.”
