GAC makes purchase in order to strengthen presence in the Baltic region
The GAC Group has purchased leading Finnish ship agent John Nurminen Navis for an undisclosed amount.
GAC said the acquisition of JNN, a subsidiary of the John Nurminen Group, would strengthen its presence in the Baltic. The company has been rebranded GAC - Nurminen Navis.
JNN handles 3,000 ship calls annually at major Finnish commercial seaports through its own offices and network of sub-agencies.
