Eurotunnel sponsors Road Freight Award
Channel Tunnel operator becomes 11th major operator to back industry's premier awards event
Eurotunnel has become the 11th company to sponsor the IFW Awards.
The Channel Tunnel operator will sponsor the Road Freight Award at the event, which will be held on 28 October 2010, at London’s Hilton on Park Lane.
Eurotunnel Commercial Director Jo Willacy said: “The IFW Awards are a positive way to help companies to benchmark their services and network with others looking to improve their performance.
“Our business is dependent on the sustainability of other successful businesses and, as the market leader, we feel it’s important that we can support them in this way.”
Eurotunnel said it had decided to sponsor the Road Freight Award because it shared the same values and goals as the winner of the award.
