Nurminen raises funds through property sale and leaseback deal
Nurminen Logistics has raised €15m through the sale of its warehousing facilities to Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company as part of a new financing arrangement.
The Finnish forwarding and logistics operator said it would continue its operations as a leaseholder of the properties in Kotka, Luumäki, Vainikkala, Niirala and Jyväskylä on a ten-year lease agreement, after which it was committed to repurchase the properties from Ilmarinen.
